2010 World Professional Racquetball Championship - Waselenchuk bests Crowther

Kane Waselenchuk defeated Chris Crowther in the final of the International Racquetball Tour (IRT) World Professional Racquetball Championship in Cali, Colombia, 11-3, 3-11, 11-7, 11-0, to keep his match unbeaten streak going. Waselenchuk hasn't lost in 22 months. However, Crowther's win in game two means that Waselenchuk has now lost almost as many games in the first two tournaments this season as he did all of last season, when he lost only three.

Despite the loss, Crowther had his best tournament as a profession, as he made the finals for the first time. He should move up in the IRT rankings passing Shane Vanderson and perhaps also Jason Mannino.

The IRT's next main event will be the San Diego Racquet House Pro-Am September 30 to October 3.
