Weekend Round Up

Janel Tisinger won the women's open division at the Southern California Regionals in Resdea, California on the weekend. She defeated Cristina Amaya in the final, 15-10, 15-7.

In the semi-finals, Tisinger beat Sheryl Lotts, 15-11, 15-7, while Amaya defeated Carla Muñoz, 15-5, 15-11.

In St Louis, Marco Rojas won the men's open division at the Party with the Pros tournament with a one point victory over Juan Herrera, 10-15, 15-7, 11-10. Rojas defeated Lee Connell, 15-7, 15-6, in one semi-final with Herrera beating Sebastian Franco, 1-15, 15-7, 11-7, in the other.
